122: Matt Sutherland - Scaling a Service Based Company

"My goal in life is to make as much money as my employees." -Matt Sutherland

So, this guy is not big on titles but he is the co-founder of a design and development company called HQ. Out of all the people we have interviewed, this is probably the guy to work for based on his genuine concern for his employees.
