"You never feel like you are successful....the gap always widens", this may be daunting but Randall tells it straight. We interviewed this Vidpresso founder on a day that he was feeling the pressure of making a large decision. He says there are days that he feels like "if we fail, it's all my fault." Now, don't get me wrong, this episode is not a downer, Randall is realistic about some of the challenges but he also has some great insight and suggestions about how he wades through his challenges.
