Carolyn created the annual, 5,000-person, San Francisco Summit for Women, and has worked with speakers such Oprah Winfrey, Suzie Orman and Madeleine Albright. In 2006, Carolyn embraced a new challenge and became an executive recruiter and executive coach. As a recruiter and coach, Carolyn specialized in placing and coaching C-level executives and VPs of rapidly growing consumer businesses including many Fortune 500 companies. / / In 2014, Carolyn launched what would be far and away her most ambitious, meaningful and satisfying business endeavor. She founded CoPilot Systems. Inspired by her son, who was accepted into the college of his dreams, but found himself flunking every class just 8 weeks into his freshman year, Carolyn devised a system that turned him around. After learning that millions of other students struggle with the same issue, Carolyn automated her solution and began working with high school and college students across the country. Carolyn is also the author of Taking Flight: Mastering Executive Function, a book that explores the silent epidemic of weak/delayed executive function and the impact it has on our children, our families and the education industry.
