A Jeep driving, mullet sporting maker of funeral videos.......and that isn't a intro to a joke. This funeral video company advertises in a tiki hut. The biggest bummer of this video was that Curtis trimmed up his noteworthy mullet 2 days before the interview! "You never feel like you are successful....the gap always widens", this may be daunting but Randall tells it straight. We interviewed this Vidpresso founder on a day that he was feeling the pressure of making a large decision. He says there are days that he feels like "if we fail, it's all my fault." Now, don't get me wrong, this episode is not a downer, Randall is realistic about some of the challenges but he also has some great insight and suggestions about how he wades through his challenges. So, this guy is not big on titles but he is the co-founder of a design and development company called HQ. Out of all the people we have interviewed, this is probably the guy to work for based on his genuine concern for his employees. Do you know what you get when you Google "Sarah Young and Rock Your Block"? You can easily happen upon a picture of her wearing a Scoopie the ice cream cone mascots costume! Yes ladies and gentleman, she was a giant ice cream cone. In her youth Sarah had many jobs, including working at a burger and custard joint called Culver's, which is where some of her passion originated from as she dreamt up the idea of Rock Your Block.
