So, this guy is not big on titles but he is the co-founder of a design and development company called HQ. Out of all the people we have interviewed, this is probably the guy to work for based on his genuine concern for his employees. Do you know what you get when you Google "Sarah Young and Rock Your Block"? You can easily happen upon a picture of her wearing a Scoopie the ice cream cone mascots costume! Yes ladies and gentleman, she was a giant ice cream cone. In her youth Sarah had many jobs, including working at a burger and custard joint called Culver's, which is where some of her passion originated from as she dreamt up the idea of Rock Your Block.
