Adam Rue - Founder of St George Design & Festival Sounds "I guess my story begins in high school. Nothing really important happens before then right? I grew up in a suburb of LA and wanted to go to college somewhere not too far away, that had some snow, and a ski resort, so SUU and Cedar City became my home. My goal was to be a radio DJ. Then about half way through, I realized how much (not very much) Dj's actually make, and so I turned my focus to Marketing. I ended up working at the marketing Department of Brian Head Resort, which was fun and very interesting for me. After I graduated, I became the executive director for Brian Head, in charge of lots of events, marketing and a visitor's center. That let me to the Cedar Beaks Lodge, where i became the marketing director, which was even more fun and I really enjoyed. After I had had enough of the snow and extreme weather in Brian Head, I decided to move back to LA and see how i could do there. I ended up the marketing Director for a Court Reporting Firm. This led me into web design, which was just becoming a very integral part of marketing at the time. There was no photoshop, or wordpress, juts html code, frontpage and a couple design programs. So I started teaching myself how to build and take care of websites. i ended up with a few clients in my spare time that i would help with their sites. I realized quickly that this could easily be a full time job. After a few years in LA, and meeting my current wife, we decided to move back to Utah. I started St. George Design in 2009 after a brief job managing a subcontracting office. I really love what i do, and I feel I bring an aspect to design that most designers and programers do not... that is MARKETING! So now I manage and own St. George Design, providing websites and print design to customers all over Utah, Nevada and California. I really love what I do, and hopefully will continue at this until websites go out of style. I have 2 kids, Jake (7) and Sydney (10) and a beautiful and talented wife (Colleen) who is a radio personality on Planet 94.1. My alter-ego is that I am a wedding and event DJ for Festival Sounds. You can usually hear me announcing the St. George City races, and the Washington City races, and at all sorts of events around the country." Connect With Adam:

William “Bill” Steele - Co-founder and Chief Engineer of Polar 3DWilliam “Bill” Steele and Ed Estes, a former Microsoft executive, and a former software company owner had an idea in 2013. They wanted to make a difference in the world by inspiring students to think like entrepreneurs. To free students’ creativity and bring their imagination to life – in real time – using design thinking and 3D printing. But how to do that? 3D desktop printing was expensive, hard to use, and maintain and the printers were large. A lot of those issues were brought on by the inherent and traditional way 3D printers are designed and built. Connect With Bill:

Alex Hernandez"My name is Alex Hernandez. I am an entrepreneur, lifetime-natural fitness athlete, full-time business student, and fitness trainer. I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am currently pursuing a degree in business at Dixie State University in St. George, Utah. Some say I am part of the “select few" and am lucky as I was blessed with knowing what I wanted in life at such a young age. Some call me an old soul and others are skeptics of my vision. I do not believe I am special or part of a select few. I truly believe every single person knows what they want or desire to accomplish in their lifetime - some just aren't conscious of it yet. Figuring this out doesn’t take some sort of magic, but an understanding of who we are as people." Connect With Alex:

"...creators deserves their right as a vital part of every society." - Christoffer B. Wallin Christoffer B. Wallin - Founder and Gardener at Pindify, Founder of Jamclouds and Part-Owner of Sprinklebit "I'm a fortunate beloved husband, father and friend who sincerely believes that creators deserves their right as a vital part of every society. Started Backstage in 2006 to help local artists be on stage and get promoted with larger headliners. In 2011 I helped my brother start Sprinklebit while I started Jamclouds “The collaborative platform for musicians to unite and collaborate in a real-time online studio”. Today I'm growing a Creators Market named Pindify. After being reborn at the age of 30 I started to organize my purpose into a book which I'm continuously writing; "The Art of Struggle" I've created many songs, been the lead-singer for 5 bands and sadly, yet under the circumstances; understandably, received the “Golden Ticket” from the TV-production; Swedish Idol. Project Manager and Developer at BTS for 5 years where I led and developed projects such as the Training Portal for The Coca Cola Company. Other clients include HP, Vestas, PMI, Logica, DHL, AT&T, AOl, Ericsson, EADS, to mention some. I got a paycheck every month and learned several diversified "things". One of my proudest accomplishments was to periodically being a bartender and waiter for over 13 years. It fueled my heart with that sweet bitterness you need in today's ironic society and gave me strength to move on after several years of people laughing at the “creative” dreamer (entrepreneur). I agree with Mark Twain's statement: " I've never let my school interfere with my education" but I did power through a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Honors of Highest Distinction, from University of Utah, Minoring in Business Marketing at David Eccles School of Business."
