So, this guy is not big on titles but he is the co-founder of a design and development company called HQ. Out of all the people we have interviewed, this is probably the guy to work for based on his genuine concern for his employees. Matt says that in regard to scaling a service based business, "we can grow as fast as we have people." Make sure to listen in to hear a strategy Matt uses to mine talent.
